By accessing or using NetoBots, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NetoBots. By creating an account, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. The platform is not available in jurisdictions where copy trading is prohibited.
3. Risks
Copy trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any bot does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any financial losses incurred. NetoBots does not provide financial advice.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are processed via cryptocurrency transfers. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. NetoBots reserves the right to verify transactions and request additional documentation.
5. Fees & Commissions
NetoBots charges performance fees as disclosed on the platform. Fees are deducted from profits before distribution. We reserve the right to modify fee structures with prior notice.
6. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. Users will be notified and given an opportunity to withdraw funds where applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
NetoBots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires.
